Counseling Approach
My style is integrative- a combination of solution-focused techniques with a humanistic foundation, meaning that I strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment of empathy and unconditional positive regard while helping you discover solutions to problems. I will sensitively meet you where you are and respectfully work with you at your own pace.
